Your move to Europe starts here
Answer a few questions and receive, free of charge, a written analysis of your situation. Most refusals are not due to the right of residence, but to an incorrectly prepared, expired, or missing document. The practice verifies each document in your case before its submission. Germany, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Italy and Spain.

Studying in Europe
Find out which universities are available to you
Answer six questions and see the courses that are genuinely accessible with your case: their fees, the required language, the submission deadline. This is free of charge, and the list is yours to keep.
In which country do you wish to settle?
You do not know where to start
A personalised assessment that examines all pathways to the six countries and tells you which ones are open to you, in what order, and where to start.
Germany
Labour market open to foreign qualifications, EU Blue Card and job seeker pathways. High demand for skilled labour.
France
Shared language, long-established communities, and well-defined study and work pathways.
United Kingdom
English-speaking, recognised universities and skilled work routes through employer sponsorship.
Netherlands
High salaries, international work environment where English is often sufficient, focused on technology and management.
Italy
Geographical proximity to North Africa, large communities and annual work quotas.
Spain
Regularisation through arraigo (social, work or family roots), study and family reunification. Proximity to the Maghreb and established communities.
The requirements are published
The complete list of documents required for each procedure is published on this website, with the specification for each document and the errors that most often lead to a rejection. This information is public by nature. The practice does not charge for access to information; it charges for verification, correction, and support.
The method
Preliminary review
You answer a structured questionnaire about your situation. Within one working day, an adviser sends you a written preliminary opinion: your application is admissible or it is not, the identified difficulties are named, and a realistic timeframe is indicated to you. This review is free of charge and non-binding.
Engagement
If your application is admissible, the fees and the service agreement are communicated to you. You accept the agreement before any payment. Your area is opened upon confirmation of payment.
Preparation
Your area displays the list of documents required for your procedure, with their specifications and common errors for each. You submit the documents at your own pace. At any given time, a single action is recommended to you.
Verification
Each document submitted is examined by an adviser and receives a written verdict within 24 working hours: compliant, or to be corrected with a precise indication of what needs to be changed. No document is left without a response.
Submission
When all documents are compliant, the practice issues a certificate of completeness and sends you the submission instructions specific to your procedure and place of submission. You submit your case yourself to the administration.
Monitoring and decision
During the processing period, your adviser will write to you at regular intervals. If the administration requests additional documents, the case reopens for those documents with its own deadline. The decision is recorded, and a written analysis is provided to you in the event of a refusal.
Fees
Fees are fixed and quoted per procedure. They are communicated to you with the preliminary assessment, once your situation has been studied, so that you know what you are paying for and for what work. There are no subscriptions, options, or additional fees during the course of the case. Official taxes due to the administration of the country concerned are not fees and are paid directly by you.
The practice's commitment
The practice guarantees the completeness and compliance of the case it has prepared. If a case declared as verified by the practice is rejected for incompleteness or formal non-compliance, the practice will re-process it and handle the new submission. The decision itself rests with the administration of the country where you apply, which assesses it on its merits. The practice's work consists in ensuring that it makes its decision based on a formally sound case.
The scope. The practice prepares, verifies and monitors your case based on the documents in your possession. Obtaining consular appointments and the issuance of documents are the responsibility of the relevant administrations and bodies.
Frequently asked questions
- What are the fees for your services?
- Fees are fixed per procedure. They are communicated to you with the preliminary assessment, once your situation has been studied. The preliminary review is free of charge and does not commit you to anything. Fees do not include official taxes due to the administration of the country concerned, which you pay directly.
- Why do you publish the complete list of required documents?
- Because this information is public by nature and concealing it would only serve to justify a price. What the practice charges for is not access to a list, but the document-by-document verification, the correction of errors before they lead to a refusal, and the support provided until the submission of the application.
- Do you guarantee the issuance of the visa or residence permit?
- The practice guarantees the completeness and compliance of the case it prepares: if a case it has declared as verified is rejected on formal grounds, it will re-process it and handle the new submission. The decision itself rests with the administration of the country where the case is submitted, which assesses it on its merits. This is precisely why the work focuses on what can be acted upon: the soundness of the case presented to it.
- What happens if my application is refused?
- Your adviser provides you with a written analysis of the grounds cited by the administration. When a new submission or an appeal has a real chance of success, the practice will propose it to you. When this is not the case, it will also inform you.
- Are you lawyers?
- VisaCentro is an immigration consultancy practice. The practice prepares and verifies administrative cases. When a situation involves litigation or requires legal representation in court, the practice informs you and does not accept the case.
- Can I contact you before filling in the questionnaire?
- The questionnaire is the only way to start. It is short and allows an adviser to examine your situation seriously rather than giving you an approximate answer. Once your case is opened, you will correspond directly with your adviser.
Have your situation reviewed
The questionnaire takes a few minutes. An adviser will review your situation and provide you with a written opinion within one working day.
