Frequently asked questions

What are the fees for your services?
Fees are fixed per procedure. They are communicated to you with the preliminary assessment, once your situation has been studied. The preliminary review is free of charge and does not commit you to anything. Fees do not include official taxes due to the administration of the country concerned, which you pay directly.
Why do you publish the complete list of required documents?
Because this information is public by nature and concealing it would only serve to justify a price. What the practice charges for is not access to a list, but the document-by-document verification, the correction of errors before they lead to a refusal, and the support provided until the submission of the application.
Do you guarantee the issuance of the visa or residence permit?
The practice guarantees the completeness and compliance of the case it prepares: if a case it has declared as verified is rejected on formal grounds, it will re-process it and handle the new submission. The decision itself rests with the administration of the country where the case is submitted, which assesses it on its merits. This is precisely why the work focuses on what can be acted upon: the soundness of the case presented to it.
What happens if my application is refused?
Your adviser provides you with a written analysis of the grounds cited by the administration. When a new submission or an appeal has a real chance of success, the practice will propose it to you. When this is not the case, it will also inform you.
Are you lawyers?
VisaCentro is an immigration consultancy practice. The practice prepares and verifies administrative cases. When a situation involves litigation or requires legal representation in court, the practice informs you and does not accept the case.
Can I contact you before filling in the questionnaire?
The questionnaire is the only way to start. It is short and allows an adviser to examine your situation seriously rather than giving you an approximate answer. Once your case is opened, you will correspond directly with your adviser.
Do you provide missing documents?
The practice works with the documents you hold: it verifies them, organises them and informs you of what is missing. When a document is missing, your adviser will tell you from which body to obtain it, in what form it will be accepted and within what timeframe to request it.
Do you obtain consular appointments?
Booking the appointment is done with the consulate or the designated service provider, and you remain in control of this process. Your adviser will inform you of the procedure to follow and the appropriate time to request it, so that your case is complete and verified by that date.
What happens to my case once the procedure is completed?
You can download the complete archive of your case at any time: every document submitted, every verdict, the certificate of completeness, and all correspondence. Your personal data and files are deleted at the end of the retention period, or earlier upon your written request.

The questionnaire is the only entry point, and this is deliberate: it allows an adviser to examine your situation seriously rather than providing an approximate answer. Once your case is open, you will correspond directly with them.
