Residence permit for a highly skilled worker
This procedure is for highly skilled workers who have received a job offer from an employer recognised by the Dutch immigration services. The employment contract must provide for a minimum salary level.
Residence permit for study purposes
This route is for individuals admitted to a Dutch higher education institution to follow a full-time study programme. The institution must be a recognised sponsor.
Residence permit for family reunification
This procedure allows family members of a Dutch citizen or a foreign resident to join them in the Netherlands. The sponsor in the Netherlands must have sufficient and stable financial resources.
